About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate DL Kids Coach to join our team and inspire young minds through fun, active, and creative sessions!
Key Responsibilities
As a qualified DL Kids Coach, you will:
- Host a variety of games, sporting activities, and art sessions for members aged 3–12, both after school and during weekends
- Design and deliver engaging holiday club programmes, offering sports camps where children can explore their physical abilities and enjoy themselves
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and thriving environment where young members feel valued and motivated
- Work towards building a culture of belonging and personal growth

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Be 17 or over and currently working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification
- Have previous experience in a similar environment, though not always compulsory
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for engaging with individuals and children
- Share our commitment to inclusivity, fun, and holistic development
