DL Kids Coach
Join Our Team as a DL Kids Coach!
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is looking for a passionate DL Kids Coach to join our fun, energetic team!
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities—such as games, sporting challenges, and art sessions—for our members aged 3 to 12. Programs run after school, at weekends, and during school holidays, offering a fantastic way for younger members to stay active and explore their abilities.
Role Summary
As an ambassador for our club, your role will help shape a joyful, supportive environment where children can grow both physically and mentally while reaching their full potential. Hours vary, but a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Hosting sports, games, and creative activities for children aged 3–12
- Leading workshops, including sport camps and holiday клуб programs
- Ensuring all sessions are safety-first, enriching, and inclusive
- Supporting the well-being and development of every child
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- To be 17 or over, with:
- Current studies towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification
- Previous experience (paid or voluntary) with children or in a similar coaching environment
- A genuine passion for engaging and motivating children
- A belief that a positive, inclusive culture makes all the difference
