About the Role
Our team is the heart of what we stand for—passionate individuals who make every child’s experience unforgettable. As a DL Kids Coach, you’ll host engaging games, sporting activities, and art sessions at our clubs, catering to after-school, weekend, and holiday club programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Host interactive and fun-packed sessions, including sports, games, and creativity-based activities for children aged 3–12.
- Lead holiday club programmes—providing fantastic sports camps where kids can explore movement, teamwork, and self-discovery.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where children thrive physically and mentally, reaching their full potential.
- Work upwards of 8 hours per week (flexible hours may apply).
- Uphold our values of encouragement, fun, and holistic development.

About You: The Perfect Fit for DL Kids Coach
- You are 17+ years old.
- You are working towards (or hold) a recognised qualification in childcare, teaching, or coaching.
- You have previous experience in a coaching, teaching, or child-centred environment (not essential but a plus!).
- You have an unwavering passion for engaging children and making every moment exciting and enriching.
- You embody our culture of belonging, growth, and fulfillment.
