Employment Type: Full Time

DLMDD is a world-leading creative music agency working with some of the most vibrant and innovative brands and creative agencies on planet earth. They’ve produced award-winning sonic identities for some of the world’s best-known brands and created some of the most recognisable soundtracks in advertising. DLMDD’s work is trusted internationally for its craft and creativity.

In addition to their core music and sonic practice, DLMDD is pioneering the world of multisensory branding. With the launch of Scent by DLMDD, they are now the world’s first agency to unite sound and scent within a single creative practice.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing role combining creative leadership and commercial responsibility.

  • You will be responsible for originating and winning work, building long-term client relationships, and leading the creative delivery of music across advertising and brand projects – from first conversation to final mix.
  • You will be trusted to represent DLMDD at the highest level with agencies, brands, and creative partners, and to consistently deliver work that strengthens their creative reputation and commercial performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
