About the Role
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of older adults through compassionate patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit strong computer proficiency, customer service, and soft skills
- Embrace and uphold TMC Values and Mission Statement
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and management of multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Prioritize and meet deadlines while identifying, communicating, and resolving issues or concerns as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all professional interactions
- Lift and control up to 50 pounds, with preference for experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy environments
- Show a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for older adults

Requirements
- Proven ability to adapt to varied demands in a fast-paced team environment

- Prior interest or professional experience in patient-centered care preferred
