I'm supporting a highly regarded luxury engineering/automotive and private client business in their search for a Documentation Administrator.

The Role

Working closely with the Client Experience and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for ensuring documentation, CRM records, and client information are maintained to the highest standards.

You'll play a key role in supporting client projects, coordinating information across departments, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Relationship and Commercial teams with administrative and sales support activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and client databases.
  • Coordinate import/export, logistics, and supporting documentation where required.
  • Research and maintain historical, ownership, and provenance information relating to client assets.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners to ensure accurate information flow and exceptional service delivery.

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or documentation management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong CRM and database management skills (HubSpot experience advantageous).
  • Experience within luxury, private client, automotive, logistics, or other detail-critical environments would be beneficial.
  • Professional, discreet, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
