Your Tasks
Implementation of project documentation according to international norms and standards Interface between the project teams and support for branch offices regarding document management topics Administrative tasks for DMS (Document Management System) platforms Contract review and negotiations regarding document management project deliverables Preparation and alignment of the Clients Document List (CDL) for new projects in cooperation with the project manager, project teams, subcontractors and clients Responsible for the project documentation and correspondence. Provide all contractually obligated documents for the client based on the CDL Provide project documents via. the DMS and keep all documents up-to-date including administration of the user accounts Creation and control of the workflows for the document approval process Provide IFC (Issued for construction) and the final as-built documents for the finalization of the project documentation towards the client Central contact for all document management related topics on a project basis (internal and external)
Your profile
You will provide document management services and oversight to concurrent large scale solar PV and BESS projects working with interdisciplinary project team.

What we offer
