Document Controller / Office Manager | Hertfordshire | Residential Developer
We are currently working with a leading residential developer that is looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller / Office Manager for a major residential scheme in Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a flagship residential development with a programme of 5+ years, offering genuine stability, career progression and the chance to be part of an exciting project from the very beginning.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing all project documentation throughout the pre-construction and construction phases
- Maintaining drawing registers and document revisions
- Managing workflows, approvals and document distribution
- Working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure project information is accurate, compliant and issued on time
- Supporting technical administration, including the discharge of planning conditions where required

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller on-site with a residential developer or main contractor, however experience in other industries will also be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of 4Projects / Viewpoint is a must
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an ability to multi task.
- Ideally based in or able to commute to Hertfordshire.
