Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Control of Project documentation is carried out in line with the Company Quality Procedures and Design Guides regarding logging, copy and distribution, storage (electronic or hard copy), document transmittals, revision control and drawing / document register.
- Liaison with project management, discipline engineers, procurement and alliance partners to ensure that document control requirements are met.
- Supporting the HPC Project by:
- Check of accuracy documents (compliance with operational concerns and clients’ requirements).
- Review of documents (formally).
- File document(s) in Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Make sure that all errors have been corrected before submitting the document(s) to the client.
- Archiving of documents.
- Setup and maintain the document package (List of deliverables-LOD).
- Expedite missing and due revisions to the document package.
- Drive improvements in “On Time Delivery Performance” (in full) by prioritizing outstanding documents.
- Liaise with project departments to act as local point for expediting outstanding documentation and ensuring it’s correctly maintained in the Document management system (DMS).
- Ensures that the document is submitted on time (internally) before submission to the client.
- Conduct monthly/weekly analysis on document performance.
- Establish weekly/daily interface meeting with doc control.
- Establish current document status.
- Identify and maybe escalate ongoing document issues to doc control lead.
- Provide detailed updates to the project management on the status of documentation.
- Provide document expediting support and coordination with doc control.
- Documentation issued through CEMAR.
- Training of new personal on DMS.
