Are you an experienced Document Controller with a passion for organisation, accuracy, and keeping projects on track? Do you thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment where no two days are the same? At Bureau Veritas, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator / Document Controller to support the successful delivery of exciting projects across a variety of industries. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification, where your expertise will directly contribute to project success and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a vital member of the project team, you'll be responsible for ensuring project documentation is managed efficiently from start to finish, while supporting planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing document control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Maintaining and controlling project documentation, registers, reports, certificates, and records
- Ensuring all project documents are current, correctly filed, and easily accessible
- Coordinating the timely distribution of documentation to clients and project teams
- Supporting project planning activities, scheduling, progress monitoring, and document review processes
- Assisting Engineering Managers and Project Managers with project administration and reporting requirements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to verify document classifications and ensure information is complete and clearly understood
- Maintaining project records in line with company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Helping drive the smooth delivery of complex engineering and inspection projects

What We're Looking For:
We're keen to hear from candidates who combine exceptional organisational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in a Document Controller or Administration position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business demands

- Previous experience within engineering, construction, inspection, energy, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors
