Business Unit: Asset Intelligence Location: Thames Valley area / London

We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team based in the London area, supporting projects for various clients. Reporting to the Senior Document Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality document control, information management, and compliance across multiple projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the team in monitoring the production and quality of design and project management documentation in line with Asset Intelligence processes.
- Conduct quality audits and complete audit compliance documentation.
- Retrieve standard design information and specifications from client portals and sources.
- Assist in creating promotional materials (e.g., case studies, capability statements).
- Review configuration management systems (ProjectWise, CEMAR, Asite) and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Establish new SharePoint project folders with accurate project information.
- Support the design team in preparing design briefs for external subcontractors.
- Manage tender design inputs, ensuring they are stored in SharePoint.
- Produce supporting design plan documents, including CVs, deliverables, and related revisions.
- Maintain accurate Drawing & Document Register and Transmittal (DDRT).
- Distribute documents via client systems (SharePoint, Viewpoint, ProjectWise, CEMAR, Asite) and coordinate responses.
- Support technical integrity documentation for HAZCONs, HAZCOMMs, HAZOPs, ALMs, FATs, and SATs.
- Compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and Health & Safety Files.

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Working familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., ProjectWise, CEMAR, Asite, Viewpoint).
- Strong typing, accuracy, and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and relevant compliance regulations.
- Ability to organise database changes and manage queries efficiently.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in water or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with document control compliance in regulated environments.
