Specialising in data centres, advanced manufacturing and high-tech industrial projects, TSL is recognised for delivering technically challenging projects using the latest digital construction technologies.
The Role
TSL is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its growing Digital Delivery team. You will be responsible for the management, control and distribution of project documentation across multiple live projects, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Document Controller with construction experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Maintain document control systems and Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Ensure documents comply with ISO 19650 and project naming conventions.
- Upload, distribute and archive drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Control document revisions and approval workflows.
- Issue transmittals and maintain accurate document registers.
- Coordinate with design, BIM and project teams.
- Support project audits and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure documentation is issued to the correct stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and document security.

Requirements
- Previous Document Controller experience within construction.
- Experience Using One Or More CDE Platforms Such As:
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Autodesk Docs
- BIM 360
- Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects)
- Aconex
- Asite
- Dalux
- SharePoint
- Good understanding of document revision control.
- Experience working with drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
Desirable
- Data centre or major contractor experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650.
- Experience supporting BIM teams.
- Revit or Navisworks exposure.
- Engineering or construction background.
