Document Controller

Overview

The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilized in 2019 to transform major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site. The partnership brings together KBR, Amentum, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad, and Sellafield Ltd—delivering a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects supporting the decommissioning of Sellafield and fostering a clean, safe environment for future generations.

Through this pipeline, PPP creates opportunities for its people, supply chain, economy, and communities. KBR’s nuclear team of teams is at the forefront of the UK’s nuclear sector, working on new-build, defence, and decommissioning programmes, many of which are groundbreaking.

KBR has recently been named a "Great Place to Work-Certified" company, recognizing the company’s commitment to being a UK employer of choice for those who want to contribute to meaningful work.

Due to security requirements, sponsorship for this role is not offered. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Role

Primarily reporting to the Lead Document Controller, the Document Controller will provide a robust document control function to the project, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely preparation and management of documentation in accordance with agreed standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
