Document Controller
Responsibilities:
Manage, Oversee and maintain ALL project documentation in both BIM 360 and G-Drive platforms. Review and coordinate procedures with other Document Controllers to maintain same standards across the client. Own and manage Master information Delivery Plan (MIDP) using details from all project Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) Assist project teams with written reports related to information control. Control information flows with external stakeholders following document control requirements. Ensure that the project team is adhering to document control processes and procedures. Support and coordinate within different QAQC Disciplines Document Controllers. Provide reports on the status of documents for management reports in a weekly basics. Oversee the status of ALL RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Oversee the status of ALL Shop Drawings, Redline and As-builts for your discipline.

Leaving Certificates 5+ years in a similar position desirable Excellent IT skills essential (Google Sheets, Docs and Slides) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of BIM360. Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines. Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative. Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous. Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
