Join South West Water’s Strategic Resource Options (SRO) Programme

Exeter or Bristol HQ | Hybrid Working | Full-time

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to support the successful delivery of the SRO programme - a major infrastructure programme. As a key member of the programme team, you will play a critical role in ensuring project information, documentation, and governance processes are managed to the highest standards.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a complex, high-profile project, collaborating with programme leadership, technical specialists, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure information flows efficiently, accurately, and compliantly throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation within Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud) and other document management systems.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, workflows, transmittals, and stakeholder submissions.
  • Monitor workflow progress and proactively resolve documentation issues.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Support the continuous improvement of document control and information management processes.
  • Provide administrative support to programme leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails to support governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
