About the Role
Looking to build your career as a Document Controller?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join their growing remote team.
Whether you have experience in Document Control, Office Administration, Records Management, Business Support, Data Administration, or you're looking to begin a career in document management, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training provided.
As a Document Controller, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate business records, managing digital documentation, supporting project teams, and ensuring company information is organised, secure, and easily accessible.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Document Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing digital documents, business records, and company files.
- Maintaining document management systems and document registers.
- Uploading, organising, and archiving documentation.
- Ensuring accurate version control of all business documents.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinating document approvals and distribution.
- Supporting project teams with document control activities.
- Maintaining confidential records in accordance with company procedures.
- Assisting with internal audits and document compliance.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation logs.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and has excellent attention to detail.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confidence using digital filing systems and databases.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Previous experience as a Document Controller, Office Administrator, Records Administrator, Project Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Data Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or Business Support Administrator is beneficial but not essential.
Full training will be provided.
