As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Document Controller to ensure our project documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standard.

The Role
Working closely with our Commissioning and Project teams, you'll manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information is controlled, accessible and compliant with both client and company standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with document control or project administration experience looking to develop their career within a rapidly expanding engineering business.

- Manage and control project documentation from receipt through to completion
- Maintain document registers, trackers and revision control
- Upload drawings, reports, commissioning documentation and technical records
- Ensure document compliance with client and company procedures
- Distribute controlled documentation to project teams and clients
- Support project reporting, including Planned vs Actual (PvA) reporting
- Assist commissioning teams with project documentation packs
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers to obtain documentation
- Support project systems including SharePoint, Aconex or similar platforms
- Provide administrative support across multiple live projects
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys organisation, works well under pressure and has exceptional attention to detail.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator
- Experience within construction, engineering, commissioning or infrastructure projects
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using document management systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude

Desirable
- Experience within data centres, MEP or commissioning
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Aconex or similar document management systems
- Experience supporting international project teams
