Document Controller
Location: Birmingham
As a Document Controller, you will provide support to our project teams by ensuring that project design information and documentation is captured, stored, and managed in a structured manner within Viewpoint for Projects (Our Common Data Environment - CDE) for seamless retrieval by site teams.
Ideally, this role will be based in or near the West Midlands, with the opportunity to travel across multiple sites and projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue daily reports on new or revised information to the site team.
- Attend design team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company and project information management protocols, including IMP (Information Management Plan) and BEP (Base Engineering Package).
- Create and maintain all registers accurately and ready for internal and external audits.
- Ensure change control and revision status are recorded, traceable, and identified within the CDE.
- Distribute the latest revision of live design documentation to relevant disciplines via the CDE.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Management Team.

Requirements & Skills
- Main Contractor experience (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge and experience of Document Control processes at operational level.
- Essential: Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Viewpoint for Projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and ability to use related tools effectively.
