Document Management Specialist
The Quality Assurance & Compliance Document Management Specialist
The Document Management Specialist will ensure compliance with relevant GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements within our environment. Responsible for overseeing Document Management in eDMS MasterControl, this role collaborates with the line manager and QA team.

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline (required)
- 2-3 years or more of experience in Document Control within Quality Assurance
- 2 years or more of experience with MasterControl Document Management
- Quality system knowledge, with proven experience in compliance programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional multitasking, organisational, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, with critical-thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills
- Adherence to strict deadlines and flexibility when managing shifting priorities
