Document Production Associate
Salary: £26,478.40 per annum plus 30% shift allowance (£7,943.52) – total annual salary £34,421.92
Location: Leeds
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Friday to Monday, 7:00pm until 6:00am
Work model: Hybrid – following successful completion of training, you will work 2 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Purpose of Role
The Document Production Associate is responsible for producing, editing, formatting and proofreading business-critical documents for our clients. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will manage document requests from receipt through to completion, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, proofread, format and convert a wide range of documents to client specifications.
- Manage document requests and workflow queues, ensuring deadlines and service levels are achieved.
- Apply formatting standards, templates and quality checks to deliver accurate outputs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding priorities and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues where required.
- Build positive client relationships and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Adhere to company, client and information security policies.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the team.

Personal Attributes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, with excellent keyboard and formatting abilities.
- Previous document production experience would be useful, however your ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment is more important.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional approach when handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
