About the Role

In this home-based role, you’ll join our Document Production Team—a dynamic, integrated division dedicated to the highest standards of legal document management. Based within our Day Team (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Mon–Fri), you’ll be an essential part of deeper regional and international operations, handling a wide variety of critical legal tasks with precision and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
As a Document Production Specialist, you will:
- Edit and produce legal documents, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and house styles (including courts, testimonials, and contracts).
- Transcribe legal documents from digital dictation tools (using BigHand/Speech Recognition/Windows Media Player).
- Format and proofread complex legal paperwork, presentations, posters, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate workflows, manage priorities, and meet strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to correct detail-oriented errors, adhere to high-quality standards, and support remote/training sessions.
- Train and mentor others in document management, transcription, and format alignment.
- Handle proofreading and editing of legal documents, ensuring consistency with legal standards.

Key Deliverables
We process typically 150+ tasks daily, covering: ✅ Document production to tight deadlines ✅ Dictation transcription accuracy ✅ Data entry and error correction ✅ Working in finite adjust fields

Person Specifications & Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Proven business skills in document production, specialist legal/spatial and/or secretarial roles are essential.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (incl. Word, PowerPoint, Excel*) is required.
- Regular awareness of typographic protocols—intelligence in their application.
- Exceptional proofreading capability for complex legal wording.
- Strong adaptability in handling both straightforward and high-volume information tasks.
- Familiarity with video-AI-assisted transcribing or typing before audio.
- Exceptional written/spoken English communication skills.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines whilst maintaining order under pressure.
- Analytical mindset for spotting simple revision adjustments.
- Clear responsibility to confidentiality in handling sensitive legal data.
- Absence of magnetic risk and adherence to workplace standards mandated firmly.
