Document Production Specialist (Evening Team) – Global Law Firm

The Opportunity
We’re hiring an experienced Document Production Specialist to join our Evening Team (4:00 PM–Midnight, Monday–Friday). This role is based primarily at home but requires occasional on-site attendance for meetings or training.
As part of our In-House Document Production Team, you’ll provide critical support across all practice groups globally. The team specialises in:
- Processing audio-dictated content (BigHand, Speech Recognition)
- High-quality word processing and proofreading of legal documents
- Complex document formatting (tailoring to house style and firm branding)
- Pitch deck and presentation design with a polished aesthetic (MS Office/Adobe)
- Volume production (averaging 150+ daily tasks) under tight deadlines

Role & Key Responsibilities
- Document Design & Align with Branding: Create, format, and update pitches, presentations, posters, and corporate collateral.
- Legal Document Handling: Transcribe digitised dictation, select fonts/styles/formatting to match house guidelines, and handle complex reformatting.
- Technology & Tools: Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/harber Adobe applications.
- Dynamic Workflows: Balance high volume, varying deadlines, and content types—from creation to final review.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate internally and with clients to ensure work meets quality and timeline standards.
- Professional Standards: Uphold company protocols, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to firm priorities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong experience creating/edit MS Office/Adobe documents (design, styling, conversion).
- Proven background in word processing, document production, or secretarial support (legal/corporate en*.
- Self-directed with a structured, detail-focused approach.
- Independent home-working resilience (equipment provided).
- Ability to process feedback constructively and work under pressure.
- Absolute discretion required.
