We are now recruiting for a dynamic individual to join a fast paced document production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-minded individual to gain hands on experience at a top tier firm and develop their skills further. This role is 25 hours a week, 3pm - 8pm.
Your role will be to provide a fast and accurate typing service, creating and amending lengthy and complex documents in a timely fashion.

- Providing consistent high quality work;
- Audio typing and copy typing;
- Ensuring all documents conform to house style;
- Meeting client expectations;
- Adhering to deadlines;
- Creating documents and correspondence using digital dictation;
- Creating new Word templates;
- Completing all compulsory training;
- Adhering to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures;
- Proof-reading all documents;
- Creating tables, flowcharts and presentations to a high standard.

The firm is looking for an individual with experience with Microsoft Packages, meticulous attention to detail and ability to use own initiative.
