Document Review Paralegals (3 Month FTC)

Our fantastic international law firm client is looking to hire a number of experienced Document Review Paralegals to join its market-leading Data & Cyber Team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. These roles are available in either the firm's London or Bristol office and offer the opportunity to work on high-profile data protection matters within a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Document Review Paralegals – Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct document review on Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) matters using Relativity.
  • Review and assess documents for relevance, privilege and data protection considerations.
  • Support the Data & Cyber Team on a range of data protection and privacy matters.
  • Work collaboratively with lawyers and other legal professionals to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail throughout all review activities.
  • Undertake related administrative and document management tasks as required.

Document Review Paralegals – Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience gained either with an alternative legal services provider, law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Previous document review experience, specifically on DSAR matters.
  • Strong working knowledge of Relativity for document review.
  • Good understanding of UK data protection law principles, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • A law degree (LLB/GDL or equivalent) or relevant document review experience.
