Document Review Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your eye for detail and reading comprehension could directly influence how AI systems understand the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that teach AI to make sense of real-world text — from dense reports to everyday forms.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong literacy skills and a systematic approach to work. No legal, document management, or AI experience required — just a sharp eye and a commitment to accuracy.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Read and annotate a wide variety of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms
  • Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
  • Identify entities, dates, relationships, and structured patterns within text
  • Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
  • Maintain high accuracy standards across large volumes of documents
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
