Document Review Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your eye for detail and reading comprehension could directly influence how AI systems understand the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that teach AI to make sense of real-world text — from dense reports to everyday forms.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong literacy skills and a systematic approach to work. No legal, document management, or AI experience required — just a sharp eye and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a wide variety of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms
- Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
- Identify entities, dates, relationships, and structured patterns within text
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain high accuracy standards across large volumes of documents
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- Comfortable working across a wide variety of document types and subjects
- Able to follow structured guidelines and apply them consistently at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, legal, or document management experience required

Nice to Have
- Background in research, editing, paralegal work, administration, or data entry
