Document Review Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your sharp eye for detail could directly influence how AI understands the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists based in the London area to read, annotate, and classify real-world documents — helping AI systems make sense of everything from news articles to financial reports.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a systematic mindset. No prior AI, legal, or document management experience needed — just the ability to read carefully and follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a wide variety of documents — articles, reports, forms, and more
- Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
- Identify entities, dates, relationships, and structures within text
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy across large document sets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach
- Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No legal, academic, or document management background required
