Your Role
As the Document & Training Coordinator, your work will be central to maintaining controlled documentation, ensuring training compliance, and supporting teams with accurate, up-to-date records. Your impact will directly contribute to safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence across sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage Quality and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate document reviews, revisions, approvals, and implementation via the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Support document authors and owners with:
- Document creation and formatting
- Handling change requests
- Addressing training requirements
- Maintain training records and Learning Plans within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring full training compliance across teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for:
- Document management queries
- Training administration
- System-related troubleshooting
- Handle physical documentation workflows: printing, controlling, issuing, archiving, and destruction of records such as:
- Batch Production Records
- Laboratory Workbooks
- Logbooks
- Labels and other controlled documents
- Manage site archives, support document retention schedules, and ensure compliance-ready retrievals during audits.
- Monitor documentation and training compliance metrics, determining risk levels and delivering actionable reports to site supervisors.
- Provide end-user support and basic troubleshooting for EDMS and LMS systems, promoting a deeper understanding of processes and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by:
- Identifying efficiencies in documentation and training flows
- Enhancing compliance processes
- Streamlining teams’ access to records

What We Need You to Succeed
(Minimum Qualifications)
- Education:
- GCSE English (Grade 5/C or above), or equivalent qualification
- Technical Skills:
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Why You’ll Stand Out

- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS/LDMS)
- Background in a regulated industry, such as:
- Pharmaceutical
- Manufacturing
- Life sciences
- Food & agriculture
- Healthcare
- An understanding of controlled documentation and compliance processes
