Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organisation, bridging gaps between engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans for new products.
- Partner with partners and ecosystem stakeholders to build industry standards and collaborations.

Performance & Growth:
- Track and analyse product metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product success.
- Continuously iterated on products based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in energy, technology, or sustainability-focused industries.
- Strong background in renewable energy, cleantech, or related fields (solar, wind, batteries, smart grids, etc.).
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from idea to launch to scale.
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills, with the ability to influence technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and measurable business impact in fast-paced environments.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus, as is familiarity with product development tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, PivotalTracker).
- Technical acumen—able to engage with engineers, developers, and bold control systems to understand complex technical challenges.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to leverage technology for a cleaner future.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with IoT devices, smart systems, or energy storage solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU Green Deal, IRS Crypto, or local energy policies).
