Job Title: Domestic Assistant
Salary: £23,195.81 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 35
Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, OX3 9DU
Main Duties
- Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- Always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work to your own initiative where appropriate.
- Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Have the ability to work to a schedule.
- Be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in cleaning is desirable, although training can be provided.
- Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.

What We Are Looking For
- An experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
- Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
