Key Responsibilities
Shift Pattern
(Fully available evenings):
- Mon: Evenings
- Tue: Evenings
- Wed: Evenings
- Thu: Evenings
- Fri: Evenings
(Flexible design to cater for hospital coverage)
Day-to-Day Duties
- High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing of all surfaces
- Deep cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected areas, and public spaces
- Maintaining efficient waste management—ensuring rubbish bins are cleared once full
- Continuously upholding high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are:
- Clean and safe
- Presentable for visitors
- In line with all required policies and procedures
- Familiar use of all cleaning equipment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines

Person Specification

- Stay calm in high-stress scenarios, particularly in a hospital environment where you may encounter unwell or distressed patients
- Firm commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail—even without prior experience as a Domestic Assistant, we thrive on effort, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond for our patients
