Our team employs a Domestic Assistant (Fixed Term, 1 year) to support our sheltered housing communities. Ideal for those who take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our residents, visitors, and guests.

About the Role
You’ll deliver a professional domestic service ensuring communal spaces and guest rooms remain clean, safe, and impeccably maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibilities:
- Providing an efficient cleaning service across lounges, corridors, kitchens, toilets, offices, storage areas, and guest rooms.
- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared and cleaned to schedule, with compliance to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Conducting health and safety checks, reporting hazards or equipment faults promptly.
- Supportively assisting residents by being welcoming, empathetic, and respectful—escalating any repairs or tenancy concerns to the correct teams.

About You
We’re looking for candidates with a hands-on approach and the following qualities/experience:
- Essential:
- Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or domestic services, with strong hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including COSHH and infection control.
- Comfortable interacting with older and vulnerable adults, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain safe, high-quality environments.
- Flexibility and reliability to regularly rotate between sheltered housing sites.
- Basic IT skills and willingness to engage in training/team contributions.
