Job Overview

Applications are invited for the Domestic Assistant role at Ysbyty Gwynedd, working 15 hours per week from 06:00-09:00am.

You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning and related duties within departments and public and staff areas.

Main Duties

  • Responsible for carrying out cleaning and related duties within wards, departments, and public and staff areas.

During the first 4-6 weeks, you will undergo an induction period, including:

  • On-the-job training
  • Operational cleaning procedures
  • Health and safety
  • COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, though candidates equally welcome with English-speaking abilities.

Person Specification

Experience (Desirable)

  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Prior experience of cleaning services
