Visa Sponsorship Notice

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands (UHNM) is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Domestic Services Team at County Hospital, Stafford. The successful candidates will help provide and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors and staff, in line with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025 and UHNM policies and procedures.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in supporting high standards of cleanliness across the hospital to ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Important Information Before Applying

  • These vacancies are based at County Hospital, Stafford only. Please do not apply if you are seeking employment at Royal Stoke University Hospital
  • Interviews will take place at County Hospital on Saturday 18th July

Job Details

We are recruiting to a range of part-time Domestic Assistant positions, with a variety of working patterns available:

  • Vacancy 1 - 15 hours: working pattern - Thursday - Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Vacancy 2 - 20 hours: working pattern - Monday - Friday between the hours 6:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Vacancy 3 - 15 hours: working pattern - Monday - Friday between the hours of 5:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Vacancy 4 - 17.5 hours: working pattern - Monday - Friday between the hours of 4:30pm - 8:00pm
  • Vacancy 5 - 35 hours: working pattern - Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Vacancy 6 - 8 - 21 hours: working pattern - 3 on / 3 off between the hours of 8:00pm - 2:00am.
  • Vacancy 9 - 15 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Vacancy 10 - 8 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 3:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Vacancy 11 - 15 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Vacancy 12 - 12 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm
  • Vacancy 13 - 10 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm
  • Vacancy 14 - 15 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Vacancy 15 - 6 hours: working pattern - Saturday and Sunday between the hours pattern 6:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Vacancy 16 - 19: 24.5 hours: working pattern - 3 on / 3 off between the hours of 6:30pm - 2:00am
