We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who are passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency and are looking to begin a career as a Domestic Energy Assessor. This role offers clear progression opportunities, ongoing professional development and growth within a forward-thinking and expanding sector.

Salary: £27,000 basic with additional uncapped commission structure based on job numbers - £35000 OTE

Location: Richmond/Kingston Borough

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards
  • Produce RICS compliant floor plans and accurate EPCs within set turnaround times*
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficiency standards
  • Liaise with the Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.
  • Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.

Requirements

  • DipDEA qualified and accredited
  • Full UK driving licence and car required
  • Smart and well presented.
  • Punctual and highly organized.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good general knowledge of the London Area.
  • Confident with excellent communication skills.
