We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who are passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency and are looking to begin a career as a Domestic Energy Assessor. Salary: £27,000 basic with additional uncapped commission structure based on job numbers - £35000 OTE
Location: Richmond/Kingston Borough
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards
- Produce RICS compliant floor plans and accurate EPCs within set turnaround times
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficiency standards
- Liaise with the Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.
- Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.

Full training will be provided, but candidate must be qualified to produce EPCs
Requirements
- DipDEA qualified and accredited
- Full UK driving licence and car required
- Smart and well presented.
- Punctual and highly organized.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good general knowledge of the London Area.
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
