Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic Plumbing & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this mobile role, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of domestic plumbing systems within the Defence Estate. Role Details
- Salary: £37,115.94
- Location: West Tofts Camp, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5EP
- Contract: Permanent, Mon–Fri, 37 hrs p/w (08:00–16:30)
- Travel: Across the regional Training Estate
- Added benefits: Company van, fuel card, all tools supplied
About The Organisation
Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and fit for purpose
- Support asset maintenance, building repairs, inspections, planned and preventative maintenance
- Liaise with stakeholders such as asset users, tenants, employer representatives and contractors
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, completing risk assessments and method statements
- Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems
- Deliver additional works when required under contract requirements
- Maintain skills and attend training to remain competent in relevant disciplines
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rota 1 in 5 weeks and support with annual leave/sickness cover

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering Services (Plumbing) or equivalent experience
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge
- Ability to plan ahead and work to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
