The role

We're looking for Project Managers to join our Domestic Retrofit team to manage multiple domestic projects in Dublin / Leinster / Midlands regions within our One Stop Shop and Better Energy Homes programmes. Through our One Stop Shop, we help Approved Housing Bodies, Local Authorities & Private Homeowners reduce their carbon footprint by delivering quality energy upgrade measures such as solar panels, windows and doors, heat pumps and insulation measures.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end to end delivery of SEAI grant funded domestic retrofit projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple contractors across a range of energy upgrade measures, driving programme performance while maintaining exceptional health, safety and quality compliance.
  • Take ownership of projects from post-sales handover through design coordination, planning, implementation, quality assurance, practical completion and final close-out.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, BER Assessors, technical teams and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
