Domestic Sales Representative
Domestic Sales Representative (12-Month FTC)
Lurgan £35.9k - £44.4k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications) Full Time – Primarily area-based role covering the west of Northern Ireland

About the Role
As a Domestic Sales Representative, you’ll drive sales growth in Evolve’s domestic market. Your focus will be on expanding the customer base and strengthening sector development through structured territory planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify market opportunities and create actionable plans for domestic sector penetration.
- Achieve sales targets by growing and developing the domestic business.

Data & Territory Management
- Maintain precise records of all prospecting activities (calls, appointments, presentations, sales closures, follow-ups) via Microsoft Dynamics.

Client Engagement & Relationships
- Build and manage a database of key clients through direct outreach: referrals, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email campaigns, and networking.
- Responsible for cultivating referral sources and long-term client loyalty.
- Engage with new housing developments via structured networking programmes.

Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and gas professionals to boost revenue in the domestic sector.

Customer Service Excellence
- Maintain high satisfaction levels by ensuring aligned client relationships across the Evolve market area.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Northern Ireland gas industry, with particular focus on domestic natural gas sales.
- Proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, including strong technical product knowledge and deal-closing techniques.
- Ability to project-manage multiple stakeholders and tasks—especially in customer connection processes.
- Experience (or preference) in a competitive sales environment, especially within territorial-based roles (energy sector preferred).
- Highly flexible with work hours, capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing evolving priorities.
- A full UK driving license is required for fieldwork.
