Role Overview
This Housekeeper role will be based at Phoenix Park Care Village, in the heart of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The Care Village is designed to cater for the needs of 146 residents across three buildings, supporting individuals with age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and dementia. Many residents require one-to-one personal support to maintain their daily independence. This role requires patience, empathy, and respect for each resident's abilities.

- Undertaking cleaning tasks in line with the village’s high standards
- Performing deep cleaning to ensure excellent hygiene standards
- Routine tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing
- Cleaning shared and personal bathrooms/toilets
- Maintaining stock of cleaning products and ensuring COSHH protocols are followed
- Completing required paperwork and documentation to record cleaning activities

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:

- Experience: While prior cleaning/domiciliary care experience is desirable, full training is provided for successful candidates
