Responsibilities
Your Role as Domiciliary Audiology Partner
You’ll lead this Kent-wide domiciliary audiology business through:
- Delivering outstanding hearing care directly to customers in their homes
- Building trusted relationships in the community
- Growing a dedicated team and developing their skills
- Driving clinical and commercial performance
- Promoting business growth and customer acquisition
- Keeping the business profitable and launching new opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking impact-driven Audiologists or Hearing Aid Dispensers who are ready to take their career in a new direction.
Requirements
You’ll need:
- HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
- A full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- A passion for customer care
- Commercial awareness and leadership potential
