Domiciliary Branch Manager
Registered Manager: Homecare Service Central London, Permanent Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
As the CQC-registered Manager, you will:
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, serving as the registered individual.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, including with service users, families, local authorities, hospitals, commissioners, nurses, therapists, and GPs.
- Lead on safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and quality assurance, including:
- Raising, reporting, responding, and investigating complaints, concerns, and feedback via the correct channels.
- Driving a culture of safe, effective, and person-centred care across the service.
- Oversee audits, care standards, and inspection readiness.
- Monitor service performance, identify risks, and implement improvements.
- Strengthen governance frameworks and provide strategic leadership.
- Manage report writing, governance updates, and data submissions.

Requirements & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations, inspections, and quality frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and scalable services.
- Confidence in safeguarding, complaints, and risk management.
- A strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and develop teams.
- Commercial awareness to support service growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:
- Hold or work towards an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare.
Benefits
Excellent salary: GBP70,000 per annum (DOE) – Permanent, Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
