About the Role
We are seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager with at least one year of experience in domiciliary or extra care services.
Essential Requirements:
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven understanding of CQC regulations, inspections, and strategies to achieve ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings
- Ability to draft comprehensive care plans and risk assessments

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day care service operations, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery to all patients
- Monitor and assess the quality of care, guaranteeing patient needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular patient assessments to identify changes in needs, and develop, update, and implement care plans
- Train, supervise, and support staff to deliver excellent care to each patient
- Maintain accurate care records, audits, and documentation for all patients
- Collaborate with family members, healthcare professionals, and social workers to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Organise and attend specialised professional training sessions for staff in hospitals or community settings
