Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary care, or home care, provides vital assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping with daily tasks, personal care, and more strenuous activities, so they can maintain their quality of life and well-being in familiar surroundings.

Our care approach is uniquely tailored, placing each client’s needs and preferences at the heart of the support we offer. From the very beginning, we take time to understand their likes, dislikes, and specific needs, ensuring their care is delivered in alignment with their wishes.

Domiciliary Care Duties

Duties for a domiciliary carer cover a wide spectrum, from companionship and household assistance to more specialized care needs.

Responsibilities

Since the role often involves traveling between clients, a valid driving license is required. Unlike many companies, we ensure travel time and mileage are compensated, recognizing the value of your efforts. Key responsibilities include:
