🚨 We're Hiring: Domiciliary Care Workers & Live-in Care Workers
📍 Locations: Barnet & Brent, North West London
📄 Job Type: Full-time, Part-time & Zero-Hours Contracts Available
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are expanding, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers (door-to-door visits) and Live-in Care Workers to join our growing team. If you enjoy supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with medication in line with care plans.
- Preparing meals and encouraging healthy nutrition and hydration.
- Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
- Monitoring clients' wellbeing and reporting any changes.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following safeguarding procedures.
- Promoting dignity, independence, privacy, and respect at all times.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Caring, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care.
- Friendly with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential—we provide full training and ongoing support.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous but not required.
