Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary care, also known as home care, offers essential assistance to individuals within the comfort of their own homes, supporting daily tasks, personal care, and more complex needs. This service enables them to maintain their well-being and quality of life while staying in a familiar environment.

We take a fully personalised approach, placing each client’s unique needs and preferences at the core of our service. From the outset, we invest time in understanding their routines, choices, and specific requirements, ensuring they receive care that is tailored to their individual wishes.

Domiciliary Care Duties

The role of a domiciliary carer is varied, encompassing everything from offering companionship and helping with household tasks to providing specialised care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities

As this job involves traveling to different clients, a valid driving licence is required. Unlike many companies, we appreciate your commitment by reimbursing both travel time and mileage. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing complex care
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Carrying out household cleaning
  • Supporting hydration
  • Preparing meals
  • Reminding about medication
  • Offering mobility support
  • Running errands
  • Providing companionship
  • Offering emergency assistance
  • Helping with dressing
  • Promoting social interaction
