We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in our Storrington Branch.
Who we are:
MLG operate Domino’s stores with a strong focus on people and great pizza, creating welcoming environments for team members and customers alike. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable service, emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement in every store.
What is the role?
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations in Storrington in a full-time, on-site capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supervising and motivating the team
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and safety
- Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Overseeing scheduling, training, inventory management, cash handling
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

This role also involves:
- Monitoring store performance
- Implementing local marketing initiatives
- Driving sales and profitability
We expect our Store Managers to:
- Create a positive workplace culture
- Resolve customer concerns promptly
- Ensure the store consistently meets brand standards
Who are you?
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with management, and interact with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operational oversight in a retail or food service environment.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, quick-service restaurants, or retail is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and cleanliness.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
