We’re looking for a Door Attendant who will be the warm, welcoming face of our hotel—creating memorable first and last impressions for every guest. As our welcome ambassador, you’ll bring professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality to each interaction, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and exceptional.

Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our property to share with your guests will set you up for success.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience the moment they arrive. From opening doors with a gracious smile to coordinating transportation and assisting with luggage, you’ll play a vital role in delivering smooth, thoughtful, and elevated service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, genuine welcome to guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Open and close doors, ensuring an attentive and polished arrival and departure experience
  • Offer valet parking services, safely and efficiently handling guest vehicles
  • Assist with taxi arrangements and ensure timely transportation coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact for house car service, arranging guest pickups and drop-offs
  • Assist with guest luggage, providing courteous, prompt, and professional support

About You

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive, engaging attitude
  • Ability to respond to guest needs quickly, courteously, and confidently
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a guest-first mindset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Security License
