Key Responsibilities
- Represent T&K Home Improvements professionally at all times
- Engage homeowners regarding our recent installations and services
- Generate and book qualified appointments for our sales designers
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Confident, friendly, and approachable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working door-to-door and engaging with the public
- Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience essential (home improvement experience desirable)
- Own vehicle required
- Valid driving licence
- Able to work independently or as part of a team

Other information
What You’ll Receive — Your Package
- 30-35 hours per week, 5 days per week (to include 1 day on the weekend)
- Weekly retainer: £350 self-employed/employed staff salary competitive
- Retention bonus of up to £3,000 after 3 months
- £100 per appointment (5+ items quoted)
- £50 per appointment
- Up to 4 % commission per sale generated
- Commission paid within 15 days of customer order
- Fuel card provided for business miles
- Base rate negotiable depending on experience
- Flexible working hours
- Equipment supplied
- Dedicated office support team
- Priority access to our appointment diary
- Travel radius typically within 35 miles
- Full training provided

- Referral fee for anyone you bring in to the company
- £12.71 per hour
