  • Ambassador duties:

    • Provide a warm, meticulous welcome to all guests and visitors
    • Judge the right moment to discreetly assist as entry/exit occurs
  • Guest services:

    • Open doors and verify identity/access for guests
    • Direct guests to hotel amenities, services, and operational hours
    • Share local insights with guests to enhance their visit
  • Experience curation:

    • Personalise service to deliver 5-star luxury
    • Recommend bespoke hotel and local activities to tailor stays
    • Understand guest priorities (e.g., mums with kids, families, or 24-hour arrivals)
