The Role
We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.

Role Responsibilities
As part of the security team, your role will include:
- Monitoring and managing crowds and queues
- Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
- Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
- 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse high tension situations
- Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year
